With four Colorado Springs restaurants, Cheyenne Mountain Conference Center offers a variety of dining options, from elegant fine dining to a more casual restaurant or pub, to meet every occasion. Choose from the exquisite fare of the Mountain View Dining Room and mouth-watering pub items at Will Rogers Lounge located lobby level at the Conference Center. The Pineview Restaurant and Pub is located a the Country Club of Colorado. Take in the expansive view and enjoy the intimacy of the Pineview Dining Room. Or kick back and relax in the Pineview Pub. Wherever you choose to dine and relax, you're guaranteed the best quality, service and comfort.

The Mountain View Dining Room features elegant buffets that offer guests a wide selection of delicious hot entr�es, separate salad bar and dessert tables, and a special order grill accented by beautiful views of Cheyenne Mountain. The Executive Chef utilizes a ten day rotation cycle to ensure every guest, regardless of their length of stay, will not experience duplicity with their meals. The Dining Room also offers seating on the Terrace.

Will Rogers Lounge is the conference center's primary lounge, located on the main level, and offers pub fare. The lounge provides plenty of room to mingle, three pool tables, two electronic dart boards, big screen TV, and a stunning view of Cheyenne Mountain. Colorado-created microbrews and premium wells are offered daily from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Pineview Dining Room offers breathtaking views of the Country Club's 18 hole golf course accented by the beautiful Cheyenne Mountain Range. The Pineview is frequented primarily by it's private membership but open to Conference Center guests. During spring, summer, and early fall, the dining room terrace is available for those who enjoy outdoor seating.

Pineview Pub is available for members and guests to enjoy a cold beer or beverage, and relax near the fireplace to enjoy watching sporting events unfold on the big screen TV.
